Light yellow body, tending to gold. Good creamy white head. Lacking carbonation.
Light sweetness on the nose, with a slightly floral hoppiness.
Banana characters on the palate. Quite sweet, but with a refreshing bitterness at the end. Mouthfeel is nicely creamy, not spritzy - it's surprisingly good. Easy to slug back.
This was a pretty good pils - nicely layered palate, refreshing and easy to drink.

Nice, cloudy champagne-gold colour, some carbonation. Hood thick head. A pleasure to behold.
Sweet citrus, wheat malt, a little hoppiness, but not enough to cut through the syrupy sweetness to a damaging degree. A fine nose by anyone's standards.
Very nice. Starts with a nice fragrant bitterness that mellows slowly to a sweet, dry finish.
Some fruitiness creeps in for a quick moment in the middle, along with a slight medicinal or chemical flavour, the you probably wouldn't notice unless you were looking for it. It doesn't detract from the brinkability, because it's so momentary, but it's disappointing that it's there.
A very nice drop. Not the best hefe I've ever had, but a good one, all the same.
